Car Park Review – MBW Meet and Greet
As part of our mission to provide you with the most useful information for your parking needs, we recently visited MBW Meet and Greet (which stands for a Much Better Way!) located a stone’s throw from Heathrow Airport.
MBW’s newly expanded site was granted a 1-year Police and Park Mark Award, an assurance of trust and security. They also had their Park Mark Accreditation for the main site extended by 2 years.
We were very impressed with their car parking organisation and immediately saw that they took customer service, and security, very seriously (it almost felt like we were at border control when we arrived!). They have the highest level of insurance possible with comprehensive cover for all driving staff as well as on-site insurance to give customers that added peace of mind.
MBW only employ full-time or part-time staff, never agency or temps, so they have confidence in knowing who will be driving your car at all times, which not all car parks do.
In August 2017, MBW were awarded ‘Best Pre-Booked UK Car Parking Company 2017’ at the Industry Insight, Transport and Logistics Awards and have been consistently rated as the best customer service provider at Heathrow.
MBW’s prices are competitive, but what we really took home was that this company exuded professionalism. This is a car park I would have no concern with using myself, and the owners who are always on-site were fantastic people who showed true passion for their craft. And you can’t put a price on that.
